First Light Properties is a real estate solutions company based out of Rapid City. We’re a family-owned business focused on helping homeowners like you find solutions for property problems. Whether you’re going through a foreclosure, probate, own a burdensome property, or just need to sell your house for any kind of reason, we’d love to talk to you.
Our mission is to take the stress out of your sale and make it as straightforward as possible, no matter what your time frame or property condition. At First Light Properties, we work to solve your property problems, so you can get back to doing the things you love.
David is our acquisitions manager. If you call First Light, he’ll likely be the person you get to meet with. David was born and raised in Rapid City, and although he lived in Arizona and California for a while, he couldn’t stay away from South Dakota. He loves meeting new people, hiking with his girlfriend Emily, climbing, and fishing. He specializes in creating win-win transactions with homeowners.
Steve is our project manager. It’s his job to get projects renovated and rented. He started out painting houses over a decade ago, and takes a lot of pride in construction management. When he’s not working, he loves to get out in the Black Hills, spend time with friends, and enjoy the occasional Netflix binge.
